Therapeutic Opportunities for Groups or Individuals

I offer effective care that employs a variety of methods, including:

Story Work (Narrative Focused Trauma Care) is a compassionate approach to trauma care centered on the power of narratives. By engaging with the stories of past trauma, we create a safe space to explore, understand, and ultimately heal.

Sound Therapy

Sound Therapy uses specially designed music and sound frequencies to gently support regulation of the nervous system, promote emotional balance, and help the body return to a state of calm.

Storywork

Storywork is a compassionate approach to trauma care centered on the power of narratives.

By engaging with the stories of past trauma, we create a safe space to explore, understand, and ultimately heal.

Storywork, inspired by the principles of the Allender Center and Dr. Dan Allender himself, is a transformative approach to trauma care. We create a healing journey together by focusing on narratives of past harm. I am committed to, offering containment and compassionate care for your story. Drawing from my experiences with professionals who have held my stories, I am privileged to provide support and guidance to help you find healing and restoration.

I am here to walk alongside you, providing support as we navigate your journey of healing through your story. Together, we honor your experiences and empower you to find strength and beauty in your narrative.

Integrated Listening System

The Integrated Listening System (ILS) is a comprehensive program to enhance brain and body function through movement, treated music, and bone conduction.

ILS integrates these elements to establish a strong foundation for organizing brain function and promoting overall well-being. This approach supports individuals of all ages facing diverse challenges such as emotional regulation, reading, auditory, and visual processing. The ILS also helps spatial awareness, balance, proprioception, memory, attention, concentration, and gross and fine motor skills.

Rest and Restore Protocol™

Rest and Restore Protocol™ (RRP) is a clinical-grade sound therapy designed to support both mental and physical well-being by gently engaging the body’s natural rhythms. Grounded in decades of research on the autonomic nervous system—including heart rate, breathing, blood pressure, and gut activity—this music-based protocol helps guide the nervous system toward a state of rest and regulation.

Developed by Dr. Stephen Porges and Anthony Gorry, RRP uses scientifically engineered sound to promote deep relaxation, better sleep, improved digestion, and support for those recovering from stress, anxiety, or trauma.

Safe and Sound Protocol

SSP, based on Dr. Stephen Porges’ Polyvagal Theory, offers a noninvasive approach to reducing stress and sensitivity to auditory stimuli while promoting social engagement and resilience. Once individuals achieve regulation through the SSP, they often demonstrate improved capacity to handle life’s challenges, access higher levels of learning and cognitive functions, cultivate positive social relationships, and become more receptive to other therapeutic interventions.

Art Therapy

Art Therapy is a form of expressive therapy that utilizes the creative process of making art to improve mental, emotional, and psychological well-being. Through various art modalities such as drawing, painting, sculpting, and collage, individuals can explore and express their feelings, thoughts, and experiences in a non-verbal and often subconscious way.

Take the next step in your journey. Let’s discuss your needs and what draws you to this work. I can hold space to hear your struggles, hopes, and concerns. From there, we can make a plan together.

We all need help. Healing happens through connection and relationships. You don’t have to do this alone, and I’ve been there myself–– as a mom, teacher, and in my own experiences of healing from trauma. Let’s talk.
